Orlando 2nd DUI Case Results

Client was arrested for 2nd DUI offense after other motorists flagged down an Officer. The Officer noted that the client was allegedly swerving and crossed in to the intersection before coming to a stop at a red light. The client admitted to drinking, but refused to take the field sobriety tests or the breath test. At trial, the State dropped the DUI and the client accepted a Reckless Driving offer.
