Orlandu DUI Case Results

Client allegedly left a bar in her car and was followed by a concerned person who watched her crash into a tree. The concerned person and a bystander removed the client from the car. Law enforcement arrived and determined the client was intoxicated. Client went to the hospital and blood was drawn with a .19/.20 result. Client was charged with DUI and Careless Driving. The Client had a prior DUI that had been reduced to a Reckless Driving. After we filed several motions and proceeded to trial, the DUI was dropped to a Reckless Driving and the Careless Driving was dismissed.
