Orlando Battery Charge Case Results

Client arrested for Battery on a School Employee. Our client was accused of physically touching his teacher after the teacher grabbed a hat from our client's head. After contacting the Office of the State Attorney at the intake level, we were able to convince the State Attorney that our client did not intend to Batter the teacher. The case against our client was dismissed before the first court date.
