Orlando Aggravated Battery Case Results

A security guard confronted our client while she was trying to exit a parking lot from a concert. A confrontation allegedly ensued, and the security guard claimed our client struck her with the car intentionally. The police responded and did an investigation. The case was turned over to the State for prosecution. However, we were able to convince the State that prosecution was not warranted. As a result, no charges were filed against our client.
