Injunction for Domestic Violence. Parties just went through a divorce where we represented the father and got him visitation with his children. Mother was refusing to honor father’s visitation and mother brought a court action claiming father was physically violent with one of the children. We showed the court at the injunction hearing that the mother was not credible and court dismissed injunction. Client risked losing his job if the court granted the injunction.
